Hire a team of experienced lawyers who are creative, resourceful, and experienced. The inherent conflict of investigating sex crimes Prosecutors, police, and other law enforcement types all have one important common aspect of training: Never express or imply disbelief in a person claiming to be a victim. Logically, it makes sense. You want a person who has been victimized to feel comfortable talking about the event or events. The environment should be non-judgmental and welcoming so that an alleged victim does not feel the need to hold back. The objective is to encourage the alleged victim to open up and share. This works to ensure the free flow of information from the alleged victim. But there is also one important negative that can result from this type of encouraging environment. The negative is that an environment that is all-accepting and all-believing lends itself to abuse.
